Which scholarship to take after 12th
To know about the scholarship, many types of scholarships are provided to you by the government for higher studies like graduation and post graduation after 12th. There are mainly three types of scholarships for studying abroad after 12th which support Indian students financially and help in reducing their burden. There are many government scholarships available for such Indian students which help them to study in America, UK and Canada after completing 12th.
1- Full Bright Nehru Fellowship
This scholarship scheme is given to Indian students applying for master’s or doctoral degree in America. This scholarship allows recent graduates and first-time students to stay in America for one year. Under this scheme, the fellowship covers tuition fees, living expenses, health insurance and transportation fare.
What should be the eligibility?
The student should be a permanent citizen of India and along with this, the student should have a graduation degree from any recognized university of India. Apart from this, for admission into Master’s program in some universities, it is very important to have work experience which should be at least 1 year. Apart from this, there should be a certificate of exam like IELTS with at least 6.0 band.

2- SN Bose Scholarship
S. N. Under the Bose Scholarship Program, Indian students can study for research in science and technology in some American universities. Under this scholarship, students get stipend, air ticket and health insurance. For this scholarship, the student should be a citizen of India and the student should have a good academic record, apart from this he should have at least 60 percent marks overall.

3- Commonwealth Scholarship
Commonwealth Scholarship or Commonwealth Scholarship provides scholarships to students from Commonwealth countries along with India to study for master’s and doctoral degrees in the United Kingdom. Under this, the student covers tuition fees, living expenses and travel allowance to and from Britain. Apart from this, money is given in this scholarship for 1 year Master’s program and 3 year PhD program.
This is the qualification
The student must be a permanent citizen of India. For admission to Master’s program, the student must have a bachelor’s degree and for enrollment in PhD, it is very important for the student to have a master’s degree. Under this, at least one year of work experience is required for Master and PhD programs in some universities. Apart from this, a band of 6.0 is also required in IELTS.
